Can I bring my friends or my children?
For the comfort and efficiency of your spa and laser treatments, we kindly request that children do not accompany you into the treatment room. Our goal is to provide you with an uninterrupted and relaxing experience, allowing our providers to focus solely on your well-being. If a friend or partner wishes to receive treatments simultaneously with you from the same provider, we are more than happy to accommodate that request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a tranquil and effective spa visit.
Can I cancel my appointment?
We understand that unexpected circumstances can disrupt your plans. We aim to provide flexibility for our clients when it comes to appointment cancellations. If you need to reschedule and notify us more than 24 hours in advance, we'll gladly assist you in finding a new time without any hassle. However, for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, an administration fee will be applied. Please remember that confirming your appointment via text, email, or phone call is crucial to ensure your slot is reserved. Failure to confirm may lead to cancellation and a charge for the full appointment amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
What if I'm running late?
We are known for our exceptional services and client demand. With our popularity, our appointment slots fill up quickly. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, and if you anticipate any delays, please inform us in advance. This way, we can ensure that all our clients receive the full, quality service they deserve without unnecessary wait times. Can I do a return, refunds or exchanges?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer cash or credit exchanges for any skincare, body products, or supplements once they have left our premises and been opened. The value of these items changes upon use. Additionally, introducing new products into your skincare regimen carries potential risks, as your body may not always react positively to them. Therefore, any treatment series, packages, or treatment certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable to ensure fairness and consistency in our policies. Your well-being and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
Can I make payments?
To maintain a seamless appointment scheduling process at NewMe, we kindly request that full payment is made before booking another appointment in the event of a cancellation due to non-payment. Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled service for any appointment that is not cancelled with at least 48 hours' advance notice. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide the best service for all our clients.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will solely incur charges for missed, late, or no-show appointment fees, pending my explicit approval. Failure to maintain an active card on file will lead to the cancellation of forthcoming appointments, as well as a suspension in scheduling any future appointments until a new card is provided and payment is processed.
